... was born in 1966 in Busan, Korea. She studied Fine Arts/Painting at the Hong-Ik University in Seoul, Korea, took a master course from 1993 to 1998 in Sculpture (Installation) with Prof. Magdalena Jetélová at the Academy of Fine Arts in Düsseldorf, and a postgraduate course from 1999 - 2001 at the Academy of Media Arts in Cologne with Prof. Valie Export and Prof. Anthony Moore. Since 1995 she has shown her work at various exhibitions and festivals in Cologne, Düsseldorf, Osnabrück, Frankfurt, Seoul, Kwang-Ju, Tokyo, Poznan, Ljubliana, Toronto, Rome, London and Zürich.
