was born in 1974 in Hamburg. After studying philosophy at the Universität Hamburg and visual communications at the Hochschule der Künste Hamburg, he gained his degree in visual communications in 2005 at the Fachhochschule Dortmund. Since 2002, Per has taken part in numerous exhibitions and festivals including, in this year, the Art in the Age of New Technologies Festival (Armenia), the 3. International Symposium of Interactive Media Design (Turkey) and the European Media Art Festival in Osnabrück.
