... Dancer, teacher and choreographer Avi Kaiser was born in Tel Aviv and trained at the Bat-Dor School of Dance. He danced with the Batsheva Dance Company and the Rina Schenfeld Dance Theatre before founding the company Blue Ran Dances in Brussels together with Ronit Land and Naomi Fortis in 1986. He has worked as a dancer and choreographer with Glen Tetley and Kurt Joos and, since 1991, has collaborated closely on several productions with Susanne Linke. He is a guest teacher at various dance institutions, universities and companies all over Europe.
