Christoph Bieber is a German political scientist who took over the Welker-Stiftung Professorship for Ethics and Political Management at the NRW School of Governance of the University of Duisburg-Essen in 2011. He conducts research and writes on ethics and responsibility in politics, transparency and open communication as well as democracy and new media.
