As a photographer, he has worked with dance companies including Ballett Frankfurt and seen his work included in exhibitions and installations at the Künstlerhaus Mousonturm as well as published in various magazines and national newspapers. Regina van Berkel's and Dietmar Janeck's collaborative work is fundamentally shaped by interwoven elements of dance, slide projections and video. Dance, although very much in the foreground, blends seamlessly with the atmosphere created through image and sound.
