...,is an art historian who works as a curator and critic in the fields of art, architecture, design and new media. In 1996 she received a Ph.D. on interactive media art from the University of Hamburg. 1997 saw the Publication of the standard reference book "Pioniere Interaktiver Kunst von 1970 bis Heute", in the ZKM Edition. She held Scholarships from the Institute of Cultural Studies, Essen (1993) and the DAAD (German Academic exchange) in the USA (1996). She lecturers at international congresses and was curator of the "Inter-Act!" exhibition at the Wilhelm Lehmbruck Museum Duisburg (1996) and the network project "Connected Cities" at the Wilhelm Lehmbruck Museum Duisburg and locations throughout the Ruhr district (1999).
