Gerrit Gohlke
... is an independent author living in Berlin. His publications examine art’s operating conditions within the media society and its relation to the new media, technology and science. One emphasis is on possibilities for artistic action in public space. Since the 1990s, he has organised several conferences on Net Art and Software Art for Künstlerhaus Bethanien in Berlin. Since 2006, he teaches Media Art at the F+F School for Art and Media Design in Zurich and is the Chairman of the Brandenburgischen Kunstverein Potsdam.
