Lars Spuybroek / NOX
... born in 1959, studied architecture at the Technical University in Delft. Since 1989, he has held numerous exhibitions and been a recipient of many prizes. He is a guest professor at many universities and academies including the Technical University and, in autumn 1998, was Visiting Associate Professor at the Columbia University, New York. He is a founder member of the design office, NOX, that realises competitions, exhibition designs and installations and created the, freshH2O expo, (waterpavilion for the ministry of Water Management and the Delta Expo 1994-1997). He is producer of the journals, NOX and FORUM, the book "Deep Surface" and numerous articles for architecture journals such as, ARCH+ and ARCHIS, as well as for television and radio.
