Luke George
Luke began dancing with the Stompin' Youth Dance Company in Tasmania and later with Tasdance under a training/scholarship initiative. During his studies at the Victorian College of the Arts, Luke joined choreographers/dancers Frances d'Ath and Stephanie Lake for an independent dance program entitled 'Trike' for the 1998 & 1999 Melbourne Fringe Festivals, which will also appear in the Melbourne International Festival of the Arts in 2000. For 'Trike', Luke performed, produced and choreographed the works 'An Early Morning', 'A Hangover' and 'Delusions of Lust; Modules & Mainstays; Prologue; and 'Massacre on Blue.' Luke Smiles joined Chunky Move in 1999, and has since performed in 'Bodyparts', 'Live Acts' and 'Export File'.
