Martina Leeker studied theater and philosophy in Berlin und Paris. She completed her theater and mime training with Etienne Decroux and Jacques Lecoq in Paris. She teaches theory and history of drama as well as movement for actors. A central theme of her work is the connection between theater/performance and digital media. She is a founder member of transARTES, Akademie für Darstellende Künste, Medien und Kultur. This academy's work covers symposia, publications and further education in the arts and media.
