... studied dance in Venezuela from 1990-1995. She was a member of the "PISORROJO Experimental Dance Group" from 1991-2001. In 1993 she started to choreograph for PISORROJO and was appointed the group's artistic director in 1997. She has worked with various choreographers around the world and has been a regular guest at the Young Choreographers Festival in Caracas. Her work has been performed in the USA, Venezuela, Mexico, Columbia, Spain and Portugal. In 2001 she was awarded a scholarship by danceWEB 2001, Vienna.
