Tor Lindstran / Mårten Spangberg
(Stockholm and Berlin) have worked in collaboration since a number of years in the fields of architecture and choreography. In works such as "i.e. All All Over Over All All et.al." (2002) and "Artists'-talk" (2002) they have explored the capacities of theatre and its production of meaning, whereas in their exhibition projects such as "Which Which Way Way" (2002) they have concerned themselves with the issue of the performativity of the exhibition space in respect to architectural doubling techniques. "It Happened the Day After Tomorrow" (2003) is part of series of cinematic works which explores narrative, montage and functionality in Hollywood cinema. In "It Happened the Day After Tomorrow" the extraction of represented time within a representational media proposes autonomous realities in which affect and reason collapse.
