Limited capacity

A place of pilgrimage for experimental electronic music makers is located near Kottbusser Tor in Berlin-Kreuzberg. The range of goods at SchneidersLaden includes synthesizers, sequenzers and all the accessories for modern modular systems, as well as sound-processing effects and interfaces. At PACT Sacha Ketterlin and Tom Körting from SchneidersLaden will be presenting a concert on their modular synthesizers and showing how musical patches are produced from oscillators, filters, envelopes and a number of other ingredients today. The audience will experience the synthesizers’ sound and diverse possibilities in a sensory manner, receiving an insight into the way the instruments work. The instruments themselves have experienced a considerable renaissance in the past years. Towards the end of the conversational concert, visitors can try out systems configured especially for the occasion, immersing themselves in the world of electronic sounds.
