Created with composer Fredy Vallejos, a violist, and eight dancers from ZOO, choreographer Thomas Hauert’s latest work is a polyphonic, abstract piece with neither a linear story nor fixed characters. In a subtle alchemy between improvisation and composition and seeking to free us from language and short-circuit our rational thinking, ›MONO‹ is a radiophonic invitation to appreciate the volatility and complexity of our subjective consciousnesses.
