Yukiko Shinozaki / Heine Avdal
nothing’s for something

  • Fri 25.01.13 20 h

Following ›Field Works‹ their captivating and internationally acclaimed series of site-specific performances in semi-public spaces such as hotels and offices, which includes ›Field Works-Office‹, presented at PACT Zollverein in 2012, Heine Adval and Yukiko Shinozaki are making a return to a theatre setting. In ›nothing’s for something‹, inspired by the epoch-making Paul Klee, who danced while he painted; by Rainer Maria Rilke, the perfectionist of process and form; and the master of daily life stories, Georges Perec, the two dancers set out to make the hidden moments in life visible and expose the reality behind the visible world.
