Pascal Bovée researches the theme of emptiness. He visits vacant buildings in cities, maps them, and talks to experts on the creative use of vacancies. The project started with examining the theme of emptiness in art and of wastelands in urban planning. The imaginative use of vacuums is tested in poetic-performative experiments in the urban space.

Our residency in PACT was the second rehearsal period for the production ›What, Where, When are we?!‹ a work that sets out to explore the question of whether identity is rooted in one space and time. It is a rhythmical approach to transnational and multidimensional embodied experiences. Four performers on stage, live drums, and radio stations create sound layers that interweave with body memories.
